School Fees Information for parents
Investing in your child's future
Whether you are thinking of sending your child to one of our schools, or have already taken the plunge, we would like to say a big thank you for choosing a Harpur Trust education.
Our role here at the Trust office is to collect the school fees on behalf of the schools (you will receive the invoice directly from the school). We recognise that this is a considerable investment for you and our aim is to make things as easy as possible.
This section gives you information on payment options and paying online.
We offer over £2.5 million a year in bursaries each year on a means tested basis, to enable talented pupils to access our schools.
MAKING A PAYMENT
UK Parents are expected to pay school fees by direct debit and you will be given a direct debit mandate form when you enrol your child at one of our schools. If you opt not to pay by direct debit, fees are due to be paid in full before the first day of term, see bank transfer details below.
You can either pay termly pay your direct debit either in 3 termly instalments or in 9 equal monthly instalments across the 3 terms:
Autumn Term - September, October and November
Spring Term - January, February and March
Summer Term - May, June and July
Depending on which option you choose any extra fees will be charged termly to your fee account (i.e. school trips, lunches if applicable) or spread over the same three collections for each term
For overseas payments and UK parents who are not paying by direct debit please pay directly into our bank account, using the bank details below:

UK and overseas parents can pay by debit or credit card. There may be an upper limit of £15,000 imposed for each payment which is dependent upon your card provider. Payments over this amount will need to be made in two parts with the reference indicating this.
There is no charge to pay fees by debit or credit card.

FEES IN ADVANCE
Our fees in advance scheme offers a guaranteed credit against school fees payable in the future in return for the receipt of a lump sum deposit. A discount is available for these deposits. The discount is dependent on the length of the deposit and prevailing investment conditions when the deposit is made. This is available for payments for more than three terms and payment is required to be made one full month before the start of term.
If you have any questions or require a quote for fees in advance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We will require the pupils name, school attended and the number of years you are interested in paying in advance, to provide you with a quote.
The fees in advance scheme is subject to you accepting the agreement terms and the level of discount available to you will be shown on your quotation.
PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT
For payment of three terms, these will be accepted ‘on account’ and will benefit from a £50 early settlement credit per term. Payments should be received by 31st July.
Fees paid on account will be applied against the full invoice with any extra charges or additional fees becoming payable in the Summer term.
For payments on accounts please email email@example.com and quote the child name, date payment made and school.
