Free Training – Property Management for Non-Property Managers
Many charities funded by The Harpur Trust have looked at owning their own property or subletting a larger property as a way of securing their future or generating some extra income. But for most, managing their premises is something a member of staff does on top of the day job. Without a facilities management team, managing a building can be a headache, and bad management can lead to high costs, unexpected problems and risks to the viability of your organisation itself.
If your charity works in Bedford Borough, you are invited to join The Ethical Property Foundation in association with The Harpur Trust for a free training course unlocking the mysteries of property management. The training will take place on 18 April 2018 from 10 am to 15.30 at King’s House Bedford 245 Ampthill Rd, Bedford MK42 9AZ and will provide you with a jargon free, accessible introduction and overview of the basics of managing a building.

The half day training session is followed by a confidential advice clinic, providing you with the chance to have a 30 minute session with an expert advisor from the Ethical Property Foundation.
