BRASS (Bedfordshire Refugee & Asylum Seeker Support) helps to transform the lives of some of the poorest and most disadvantaged people in Bedford.  With funding from The Harpur Trust, over 400 refugees and asylum seekers are supported each year to overcome poverty and barriers to resettlement and integration.

Beneficiaries gain knowledge, learn new skills, integrate, reach independence and potential. They embark on a journey of learning and personal development with the support of our qualified volunteers and staff which results in a transformation; from extreme vulnerability and dependence to independence, a sense of empowerment and ability to live life to the full.
